To retreat is to step outside our normal lives in order to reflect on where we have been and where we might be going; to catch a glimpse of how we might live differently; and to listen for the still, small voice of God. The much-needed retreat is almost always placed squarely in the midst of life’s demands.
During the retreat, there will be opportunity for meeting with spiritual directors to reflect on God’s presence and movement in one’s life as revealed in prayer, the events and relationships in one’s life, and the response to God that is being made by the retreatant. Worship times will focus on spiritual practices to encourage the desire to become more aware of the presence of God in one’s life.
Guides: Martha Andrews, Spiritual Director
Kate Sampson, Spiritual Director
Beth Williams, Spiritual Director
There will be space during the retreat for silence (including most of the meals).
Rest will be honored…Renewal encouraged
