WEDNESDAY MARCH 18, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM, DRAWING TOGETHER, a free, drop-in arts event. Draw your dream! Join together around one table to draw and collage your visions for ourselves and our community. This one hour event will be led by artist Dakota Lane, Educator. Participants will explore a variety of inspiring techniques and media to make a rich collaborative vision that honors unity as well as diversity. Every participant will leave with a mini collaborative piece. All ages, no experience necessary, supplies included. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Free and open to all.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 25, 6 PM – 9 PM, THE HUDSY’S COMMUNITY AWARDS SHOW: Honoring those that make the Hudson Valley a more creative, connected, and inspiring place to live. Tickets HERE.

FRIDAY MARCH 27, 4 PM to 6 PM, THE RED FEATHER DRUMMERS, will demonstrate traditional drumming, singing, dancing, and storytelling, and talk about maternal and paternal Indian societies, Native spirituality, regalia, and more. SATURDAY MARCH 28, THE 7TH ANNUAL SOJOURNER TRUTH LIFE WALK, starts at Dietz Stadium parking lot (bus leaving at 11am) and ends at *St. James United Methodist Church, 29 Pearl St, (Corner of Fair St & Pearl St) with Rev. Debora Zuill, who has brought Sojourner Truth to life for over 20 years, reenacting the legendary speech, “Ain’t I a Woman?”, and share more stories. This is a free event, and everyone is welcome! PALM SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 10:30-11:30AM

Palm Sunday service, everyone is invited to join in a dramatic reading of the full Passion of the Gospel of John, while we enjoy a communal meal. The action begins in the sanctuary and moves to Bethany Hall.

SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 2026, 3 PM – 5 PM, “MUSIC & DIPLOMACY.” Music as an important element of intercultural exchange and American soft power throughout US history. Featuring Bard College’s US-China Music Institute’s unique East/West Ensemble, with a panel discussion moderated by Malia Du Mont, VP for Strategy and Policy/Chief of Staff at Bard College, chair of Congressman Ryan’s Veterans and Military Families Advisory Board, and Board Member of World Affairs Council of the Mid-Hudson Valley, with Jindong Cai, Jim Ketterer, and Philip D. DZIECI’S ‘A PASSION ACCORDING TO MATTHEW’

All are invited to join in a dramatic choral liturgy unbound. The presentation includes a COMMUNITY MEAL at 6:00PM with performance to immediately follow. Whether Christian or Jew or Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, or Zen, ‘A Passion appeals’ to the human spirit in everyone and our essential longing for communion.
