This can be as simple as including a liturgy, prayer, or story in your service from our World Refugee Day Toolkit. It’s filled with simple worship resources to help you. Or, consider asking your congregants or small groups to host a Meal for Peace in their homes to learn more about the peace and reconciliation work they can be part of in South Sudan.
We believe God loves refugees and God loves the people of South Sudan. We believe RCA Global Mission and the churches we partner with have been called to provide compassionate, Christ-like care for refugees, while also working on peacebuilding and trauma healing efforts, both for the citizens of South Sudan and the nation.
